About
I currently manage 160 mid-market, Enterprise, and growth SaaS accounts providing onboarding, refresher training, technical support, web design and am responsible for churn mitigation, retention, renewals, and expansion.
I build executive and operational relationships through QBRs, EBRs, training, status reviews, and proactive account planning. I uncover customer needs, align solutions to business objectives, and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
I've led customer-facing technical sales and account management work for more than 25 years, including expanding industrial accounts at mechanical engineering firms and securing design wins and RFP-type contracts at large elctronic components distributors.
I also owned Echo Hill Computer Systems, a computer sales and service business generating approximately substantial annual revenue, and have trained non-technical sales teams across the United States and Canada.
