Bohdan Milukh

At Nouryon, I manage IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service delivery across two production sites in Poland. I migrated ERP, business applications, and the data center to Azure with zero unplanned production downtime. I improved critical system availability from below 95% to 99.9% in three months and reduced monthly incidents by 30%. I also cut IT operating costs by 15–20% through vendor renegotiation, license optimization, and the move to Azure. At DELLOITTE, I managed five business-critical audit support applications used by auditors across Central and Eastern Europe and Ukraine. I established L1/L2/L3 support, raising availability to over 99% while reducing recurring system errors through SQL and log analysis. At Magellan Aerospace Limited, I provided L1/L2 IT support in an aerospace manufacturing environment and acted as Helpdesk Lead for a three-person team. I implemented ServiceNow and delivered shop-floor IT projects, including PCs for CNC production lines and a site migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
