At Paychex, I supported employer accounts by answering questions, resolving service issues, and helping clients process payroll accurately. I also researched discrepancies and explained corrective steps. In the Multiproduct Service Center, I entered special payments and guided clients through payroll procedures and available services. I identified additional products suited to client needs and supported ongoing customer relationships. I supported the launch of Paychex's Employer Shared Responsibility program through employer enrollment and liability monitoring. I also educated employers on federal program requirements and answered their questions. Earlier, at Integrated Metering Systems, I advanced through production and inventory roles into operations leadership. I managed purchasing, payables and receivables, maintained OEM client relationships, and developed distribution across the U.S. mainland, Caribbean, and Hawaii.
