At First Tech Federal Credit Union, I lead cross-functional programs supporting business operations and process transformation, contributing to nearly $2B in growth within a core business portfolio. I've directed the in-house transition of an outsourced business process, creating project plans for ownership, timelines, and team training. I partner with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Technology, vendors, and senior leadership to deliver strategic initiatives. I keep high-visibility work moving through status reporting, risk and issue escalation, UAT planning, readiness reviews, and implementation coordination. I've also led contract review, due diligence, third-party audit coordination, and built a scalable external-partner onboarding framework. My path started in high-volume court operations, where I managed multi-party scheduling and trained incoming staff. I'm CAPM certified and known for raising my hand, bringing structure to ambiguity, and improving how work gets done.
