I am a technology and operations leader with 20 years running complex programs, enterprise partner engagements and delivery operations, most recently in media and streaming and increasingly in cloud and AI adoption.
At Netflix (LATAM), I was the final technical approval authority across 60+ projects a year, bringing delivery errors to zero and partner readiness to 100%. I advised key enterprise partners on platform adoption, integrations and cloud architecture, defined quality criteria and managed SLAs for third-party QC vendors, turned performance data into executive business reviews (KPIs, OKRs) and evaluated AI use cases across audio and video workflows.
Earlier at Netflix, I ran technical discovery and onboarding across the partner network, introduced AWS Snowball Edge as an ingest path for bandwidth-constrained environments, secured 0% import duty on professional broadcast equipment through the ex-tarifários process, and redesigned partner program (NP3) eligibility criteria for LATAM.
At Globo, I managed a 35-person engineering and technical team in a 24×7 facility with no delivery delays or failures, consolidated a BRL 100M+ (USD 30M+) technology portfolio for C-level approval, and led IT projects from RFP to operations, including the migration from tape to file-based workflows.
Today I work as an independent advisor on media technology and operations, and I moderated the End Users panel at Data Center World Brazil (Oct 2026). Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Based in Greater São Paulo, open to remote roles worldwide.
