Chibueze Igiligi

At Enugu State Government, I cleaned and validated a database of 180,000+ records, removing 5,000+ duplicates to improve billing accuracy and prevent revenue leakage. I also co-architected the state's automated billing system with the Managing Director and IT leadership. I built Excel reports and dashboards for management decisions, and co-directed development of a data collection tool with defined fields and validation logic. At Dbay Network Limited, I automated data intake using digital forms linked to Google Sheets, reducing manual entry by 39%. My work has also included analyzing SEO and social media metrics, rebuilding a company website with payment and automated registration, and using past performance data to tailor lessons as a Technical Instructor. I use Excel, Python, and AI tools including DeepSeek and Gemini to tackle practical data problems.
