IndonesiaSenior Label Manager at Faithful Music
About
At Faithful Music, I lead Indonesia label operations, artist development, and regional partnership strategies across Indonesia and Malaysia. I've managed 8+ artist collaborations within a year while supporting release strategy, brand collaborations, sync projects, festivals, and media activations.
Previously at ByteDance, I managed artist and label partnerships across Southeast Asia, supporting content acquisition, release campaigns, partner growth, and cross-market execution across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. I consistently achieved quarterly acquisition targets while building relationships with artists, labels, creators, and industry partners.
I've also led artist services and development at Believe, coordinating hyperlocal artist partnerships, campaigns, commercial discussions, budgets, and back-catalog revenue growth. My work combines market performance data with practical campaign execution and day-to-day artist coordination.
Across media, telecommunications, and digital content businesses, I've led VAS, affiliate, and partnership initiatives focused on audience growth, commercial opportunities, revenue, and performance reporting. I'm passionate about culturally relevant entertainment partnerships and audience growth across SEA markets.
