David Hightower

I've led product design for General Motors, ECI Software Solutions, Aptiv, Stoplight, Ncontracts, and Global Impact—building responsive web and app experiences, evolving design systems, and partnering closely with product and engineering teams. At Global Impact, I created more than 300 customized digital fundraising campaigns that generated over $15 million in donations. I'm a customer advocate and design mentor who translates business requirements into research-informed flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI. I grow design teams and research methodologies while connecting engineering, aesthetics, accessibility, and business goals.
