Dima Mikheiev

I build end-to-end AI and marketing automation systems at CODE&SOUL, including autonomous video pipelines, content agents, voice systems, lead qualification workflows, and integrations across CRMs, databases, and AI models. My AI-powered content agent generated 60,000+ YouTube views and 100+ subscribers for a new channel on autopilot, while my video pipeline operates without human intervention 85% of the time. Before focusing on AI, I founded and led Appus Studio for nearly a decade, growing it to 40 full-time employees and delivering 228 projects for international clients. I combine hands-on engineering, solution architecture, and business leadership to build practical systems that remove repetitive work while keeping people involved where judgment and creativity matter.
