NigeriaVolunteer Chat Support at Merchandise Didi World
About
At Merchandise Didi World, I responded to customer inquiries and complaints about delayed deliveries, missing parcels, and refund requests. I followed up on unresolved concerns and kept customer information organised to support accurate records and continuity of service.
I'm practising HubSpot CRM workflows, including contact lookup, ticket creation, prioritisation, status updates, internal notes, and escalation. I'm seeking remote customer support opportunities.
