About
As a freelance web designer at Self-Employed, I designed and delivered custom websites for Premier Apex Cleaning, CCN Contracting Ltd, and De-Hopebridge Solutions Limited.
I managed each project from client briefing and scoping through design, development, and delivery, coordinating timelines and keeping clients updated on milestones.
At Great Aristocrat Hotel, I managed guest requests, processed check-ins and check-outs, and helped ensure guests received their reserved rooms.
At Paxx J, I answered customer questions, resolved issues, and prepared monthly customer satisfaction reports. I’m seeking to build on my client-facing project coordination experience through postgraduate study in Project Management.
