Remote product support, B2B technical support, or customer/partner operations in SaaS or travel-tech: owning B2B cases end-to-end in Salesforce, investigating booking and platform issues, and coordinating fixes with IT teams. I have 4+ years of customer support experience in aviation and gaming, including B2B agency support since December 2023. As an Agency Support Advisor on the Pegasus Airlines account (via Concentrix, remote), I own B2B travel agency cases end-to-end in Salesforce and act as the bridge between agency partners and back-office/IT teams: investigating GDS and booking-system issues, reproducing problems with my own user account, guiding agencies on platform use, and escalating recurring errors to IT through detailed Jira tickets. I work in English and Turkish, within aviation compliance (IATA/SHGM). A typical case: an agency could not create bookings. I checked their user permissions, reproduced the failure with my own account, and escalated it to IT with a high-priority Jira ticket; booking creation resumed after the fix. My English Language & Literature background is what makes the written side work: I translate between agency language, product reality, and technical constraints, calmly and in writing. To keep recurring case types consistent, I built and maintain a categorized playbook of case workflows and response templates for my team's use. Before Pegasus I handled inbound customer support at Concentrix and Comdata, and worked as a Player Experience Specialist at Aniksi, supporting product, account, and payment issues through Intercom.
