Elisha Pettway

I've supported customers and store operations at Trader Joe's, providing friendly service, monitoring inventory, and following safety procedures. At Trek Bicycle Corp, I managed inventory to help increase sales by 10% and improve order fulfillment accuracy. I assisted at least 30 customers daily with product selection and recommendations, contributing to a 20% increase in store revenue. I've also welcomed and guided visitors at MoMA through Forrest Solutions, explained exhibits, processed admissions, scanned tickets, and supported gallery crowd control. With a bachelor's background in Communication Design and Graphic Design, I bring customer service, sales, digital marketing, Adobe Creative Suite, and visual design capabilities. I'm seeking a challenging role with accountability and opportunities for career advancement, and I'm willing to relocate.
