Ellie Borj Lardizabal

Being a teammate at TaskUs Inc., I coordinated pickup and delivery appointments by phone and email, working with companies to arrange schedules and resolve booking concerns. I completed 80 to 90 tasks per shift against a daily quota of 60. I also moderated user-generated comments against platform guidelines, processing up to 90 comments per hour against a target of 75. At Alta Productions Group, Inc., I transcribed films, series, and reality television programs for local and international productions. I maintained 98% to 99% transcription accuracy while managing deadlines.
