At Internet Society, I led LMS implementations and learning delivery for global programs, serving more than 50,000 learners across 160+ countries through Docebo, Moodle, and Freshdesk.
I bridge learning teams, SMEs, IT vendors, trainers, and accreditation partners to turn program requirements into effective learner experiences. I led UAT cycles, enhanced Articulate Storyline courses, and oversaw a Docebo API integration that supported seamless credential delivery.
I also coordinated high-impact hybrid network-design programs in Morocco and Oman, including logistics, vendors, onboarding, and virtual machine environments where learners could apply network operations skills live.
