About
I am an organized, proactive customer support specialist with hands-on experience providing technical and client support for logistics SaaS serving US and Canadian markets. I excel at clear communication, coordinating across teams, and managing high volumes of tickets via phone, email, and live chat.
My background includes remote technical support for truck drivers with limited technical knowledge, documenting cases in CRM systems, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve operational challenges efficiently. I have delivered remote English tutoring and built practical troubleshooting and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
I am tech-savvy with Microsoft Word and Excel, familiar with logistics tools such as ProTransport and Motive, and driven to contribute to remote dispatch operations while building strong relationships with drivers, brokers, and customers.
