ItalySoftware Engineering Manager at Prometeia
About
At Prometeia, I lead engineering delivery for 19 clients and more than 30 production environments across Europe and MENA, translating business and regulatory needs into scalable SQL Server data platforms.
I've built and optimized ETL pipelines, data models, batch workflows, and orchestration systems for mission-critical banking reporting. My work has reduced critical processing times by up to 75%, pipeline latency by up to 65%, and manual intervention by approximately 80%.
I invest heavily in people through coaching, structured feedback, development plans, and hiring, while creating clear ways of working through Kanban, engineering governance, and cross-functional alignment. I stay hands-on with SQL, platform architecture, and AI-assisted development practices.
