About
At INFLECTIV AI, I responded to user questions on Discord and Telegram, investigated reported problems, and escalated complex technical issues to internal teams. I also created FAQs and user guidance to help community members resolve common questions.
At VANAR (FORMERLY VIRTUA), I handled user inquiries and investigated platform issues, including a missing reward and a token migration problem. I shared findings with users and followed up with developers until the migration issue was resolved.
At VIRTUA, I assisted users with troubleshooting and helped one user resolve a land-mint problem in approximately 10 minutes. At GRANDTIME, I coordinated a team of four moderators and helped organize community support.
Since 2015, I’ve delivered content and client services for more than 30 international clients, maintaining a 4.9/5 client rating. I’m based in Nigeria and seeking remote opportunities with international teams.
