I’m a Product Designer with 3+ years shaping SaaS, web, and mobile products. I turn complex business workflows into intuitive user journeys, then translate those insights into clear, consistent interfaces that teams can ship efficiently. At Klakpad, I redesigned the website and modernized the brand presence, improving user navigation and reducing bounce rate by an estimated 22%. I also led the desktop-to-mobile transition by introducing automatic inventory updates, streamlining operations and saving users valuable time, while building the Agent Portal to improve onboarding efficiency and accelerate customer acquisition. Earlier, at Fireswitch Technologies, I conducted user research and usability testing to reduce onboarding friction and cut client training time. I redesigned SaaS dashboards and admin panels to boost daily active usage by an estimated 15%, developed scalable design systems that shortened design-to-development cycles by 25%, and introduced intuitive data visualization and reporting tools to enhance decision-making and client satisfaction.
