I've led creative work for Mastercard, Mary Kay, Amazon, Fini and Mitsubishi, building campaigns and systems that help ideas survive real-world complexity. At Agência Crush, I directed Mary Kay's Live de Batom, por Elas campaign, which mobilized around 3,000 independent consultants and set an official Guinness World Record with Instituto Fala Mulher. I also helped grow Mary Kay into its number-one social account globally by followers, generating 3.4M+ organic Instagram interactions and 163M+ campaign reach. I led creative direction and creative-operations architecture across Mary Kay and Fini, including a production pivot that reduced Fini's cost per engagement by as much as 62%. I also diagnosed workflows, tooling and decision-making for a 20-person agency and proposed a unified operating system directly to the CEO. Earlier, I spearheaded Amazon's official launch campaign in Brazil at WMcCann and contributed to award-recognized Mastercard work.
