About
At Travel Alberta, I manage full-cycle payroll, HR operations, employee lifecycle programs, talent acquisition, and workforce insights. I also lead performance management, onboarding, learning initiatives, policy development, and responsible AI adoption across HR practices.
Across ATCO and ATCO EnPower, I partnered with leaders on workforce planning, recruitment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, leave programs, and HR process improvement. I built SharePoint HR portals and automated Power BI reporting and dashboards to improve access to tools, streamline work, and support strategic decisions.
Earlier at Nestlé, I led employee engagement work for 28,000 employees across 13 countries, contributing to a 10% increase in retention and 5% increase in engagement. I’ve also designed learning systems, leadership programs, training initiatives, and continuous-improvement practices that connect people strategy with business outcomes.
