At Amazon, I monitor operational KPIs and maintain Excel-based trackers and reporting inputs for retail and catalogue workflows. I validate catalogue records and flag missing, incorrect, or conflicting information for correction. I review recurring data-quality defects, compare examples, and investigate likely root causes. I also track exceptions and follow-up actions, and coordinate with operations and technology teams to clarify discrepancies. At Amazon, I support UAT and reporting checks by comparing expected and actual outputs, documenting observations, and escalating defects. I check data completeness and highlight unusual changes or recurring issues during reporting reviews. Previously, as an Associate Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra, I supported data-processing and validation tasks using SQL and Python. I reviewed ETL outputs, investigated inconsistencies, and prepared reports and technical notes to support troubleshooting and follow-up.
