Haider Ali

At 40Media, I build scalable web applications and AI features, including an OpenAI-powered chatbot using RAG and a vector database. I also built the Laravel and Vue.js platform behind a white-label SIP Trunking quote and billing system. I develop microservices and REST and GraphQL APIs, tune PostgreSQL and MySQL queries, and run automated releases on AWS. At 40Media, moving releases from weekly to daily was part of this work. At Westat, I led delivery of enterprise applications and built event-driven services for healthcare and other platforms. I also moved deployments to Docker and Kubernetes on AWS, shrinking release time from hours to minutes and halving release incidents. Earlier, I developed PHP applications, APIs, and WordPress plugins, as well as products including a React and Node.js service-provider marketplace and a Laravel and React subscription platform. I mentor engineers, review code, and work with product teams to deliver features.
