About
I'm looking for a senior backend role in Python or Node.js/TypeScript, building distributed systems—microservices, event-driven architectures, third-party integrations—with end-to-end ownership and a team where clean architecture and testing are habits. Remote from Spain, open to any country. Available immediately.
I built AscendGate at Ascend Makers: Python microservices on AWS EKS that validate campaign rules against 160+ per-channel constraints and integrate asynchronously with Meta, Google Ads, DV360 and TikTok, with zero duplicated campaigns despite daily retries. I also built AscendGX, from its ClickHouse analytics pipeline and API to its React dashboards.
Previously, I led the backend architecture for Movistar catalog tagging at Telefonica, a Python and Django service integrating large language models over Kafka. At Jobandtalent I introduced microservices and Hexagonal Architecture, cutting deployment time by 40% and improving system efficiency by 25%. I work test-first, reaching 100% unit and integration coverage on my last platform, and I've delivered products end to end across Python, Node.js, React, messaging and cloud infrastructure.

Full Stack Software Developer
Architected and built AscendGate, a campaign-management platform of two Python microservices on Kubernetes (AWS EKS), released independently via ArgoCD and GitHub Actions with zero-downtime deploys. Built the AscendGX dashboard backend and frontend, and reached 100% unit and integration coverage across every microservice through strict TDD.
