About
I’m a Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Administrator with 2 years of hands-on experience providing dedicated L2 IT support and managing enterprise M365 and Azure environments. I specialize across the M365 stack—SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, and Azure Entra ID—and I’m focused on secure, reliable operations that keep global users productive.
I design scalable site structures, manage content types and metadata properties, and optimize document libraries to improve service delivery for US and EU-based clients. I automate administrative governance exclusively via Microsoft Graph PowerShell (MgGraph) and Exchange Online PowerShell, manage full user lifecycle workflows, and resolve incidents and requests through ServiceNow while consistently exceeding SLA targets.
