About
I’m a customer support and e-commerce operations professional focused on fast, accurate resolution for real customers. I handle high volumes of communication while keeping records complete and dependable across multiple channels.
In my e-commerce operations role, I managed inquiries and order issues via email and social media, then processed and tracked orders end-to-end. I coordinated with suppliers and delivery partners to fix fulfillment and shipping problems, using tools like Foorweb, Ecotrack, Kimland, and Google Sheets.
Beyond day-to-day support, I bring leadership and process-building experience. As an International Relations Manager & Team Leader, I managed participant databases, guided visa and logistics steps, and created internal guides to streamline recurring work.
I also have project and technical leadership from coordinating trainers and managing scheduling, HR data, and documentation. Freelance graphic design adds a detail-oriented, client-focused mindset that strengthens how I communicate, deliver revisions, and meet deadlines.
