James Smith

I founded J.A.S. Vision Enterprises LLC to deliver growth-focused media strategy, business consulting, and end-to-end creative production. I build cross-platform brand presences, develop content and marketing assets, and lead collaborators from planning through delivery. At J.A.S. Vision Enterprises, I increased customer engagement by 25% in a competitive market while managing client relationships, budgets, content calendars, KPIs, and performance analytics. I use business development and go-to-market planning to turn client insights into measurable engagement and scalable opportunities. At PPD, I directed global clinical-study lifecycles, including a high-priority GSK COVID-19 drug trial, working across sponsors and operational teams in more than 33 countries. I supported compliance, service delivery, process improvement, mentoring, and laboratory operations within accelerated timelines and defined budgets. My background also includes enterprise IT support for more than 10,500 end users globally and technology education. I connect storytelling, strategy, clinical operations, and technical rigor to help teams execute complex work with clarity and impact.
