ColombiaStore Manager & Customer Service Specialist at Independent Retail Business
About
At National Registry of Colombia (Registraduría Nacional), I participated in electoral day operations and supported logistics and the public at governmental, territorial, and municipal events. I helped with attendee guidance, access control, data collection, and on-site organization.
In my independent retail business, I handled customer service, direct sales, and client queries. I also processed electronic card payments as a Bancolombia Banking Correspondent and managed inventory restocking and supplier coordination.
I’m seeking entry-level remote work in virtual assistance, live chat support, email helpdesk, or data management. I use Microsoft Office and Google Drive tools, and I have a dedicated home office with high-speed fiber internet.
