At The Pointer, I supported daily office operations and kept administrative records and documents organized. I also entered data and helped proofread, edit, and format documents. I recorded staff attendance, compiled timesheets, and updated employee information for payroll. I also created employee files and organized new employees’ documents. I supported new interns with onboarding, documentation, and orientation, and explained workplace procedures. I handled confidential information as part of my administrative work. As a Private Personal Care Assistant for a Private Family, I assist an elderly person with daily activities and follow care instructions while respecting their privacy and dignity.
