At Babcock University Teaching Hospital, I completed a rotating internship across five specialties, documenting patient histories and treatment records under consultant supervision. I also discussed informed consent with patients and families and handled specimens to protocol. I'm ICH-GCP E6(R3) certified, with experience in protocol adherence, participant safety, source documentation, and data verification. I’m seeking to support site-level trial conduct, regulatory documentation, and data quality. As a co-author of a forthcoming case series in the Nigerian Pediatric Journal, I contributed to patient data collection, results tables, and the discussion section. I also prepared the patient consent form and supporting documentation. For my undergraduate research project at the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, I designed a cross-sectional study on patient satisfaction with medical student involvement in clinical care. I built questionnaires, collected patient-level data, and analysed results in Epi Info v7.
