About

At Trends and Technologies, Inc., I provided remote, onsite, and phone-based support for enterprise clients, troubleshooting Windows, hardware, software, network, and security issues. I handled about 5–10 Ivanti tickets per day and documented resolutions while following SLA requirements. I reimaged about 50 PCs and laptops, installed standard applications, and joined devices to the domain. I also installed endpoint security agents and configured policies and exclusions across Trellix, CrowdStrike, and Trend Micro environments. For a client deployment, I installed a Peplink device, configured WAN connectivity and failover, and tested the backup link. Earlier, at Universal Tech, I updated WordPress and Weebly websites and optimized page content and images.
