I'm looking for roles that balance technical understanding with structured governance and real-world impact, in environments that value problem-solving, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration. I'm particularly interested in privacy and governance. At Pulsant, I standardised operational policies and SOPs across 14 UK data centres, strengthening governance, compliance, and audit readiness. I also maintained the Data Centre Operations Risk Register and reported on energy usage to support infrastructure decisions. As a Technical Operations Graduate, I led audit remediation initiatives and conducted CIS-aligned Microsoft 365 audits across Defender, Purview, and Exchange Online. I implemented vulnerability management processes with Tenable and Alert Logic, and created dashboards that improved leadership visibility into risk. I automated security workflows with Power Automate, investigated security alerts and phishing incidents, and supported identity governance and data centre operations. I'm particularly interested in privacy and AI governance, and in roles balancing technical understanding with structured governance and real-world impact.
