BrazilProduct Designer Lead at Alloyal
About
I've led product design at Alloyal, evolving its B2B and B2C loyalty, rewards, benefits, and employee engagement platform. I built a white-label Design System, redesigned its mobile app, and launched loyalty, subscription, gamification, analytics, and self-service experiences.
At StackSpot, Zup’s enterprise developer platform, I was a founding designer helping shape the product vision, core journeys, and experience architecture. I created Citric, the platform’s Design System, with component libraries, design tokens, iconography, documentation, and governance that supported scalable product development.
Across Zup Innovation and Santander’s ecosystem, I've redesigned banking onboarding, debt renegotiation, rewards, card benefits, and complex developer workflows. I work end to end—from discovery and research through information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, validation, and QA—alongside product, engineering, and business teams.
I bring 12+ years of experience designing B2B and B2C products, balancing component-level quality with ecosystem-wide consistency. I also use AI-enabled workflows, including Claude Code and Figma Make, to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
