About
At TripleS Phoenix QuickCommerce LLC, I recruited and hired independent contractors across three driver categories: gig drivers, gig walkers, and reefer van drivers. I built contractor shift schedules in Deputy to match delivery demand and kept contractor records accurate and audit-ready.
At Cognizant Technology Solutions, I helped customers with orders and inquiries, then trained and coached new hires as an SME Apprentice. I also led daily team huddles and stepped in as a point of contact when supervisors were on leave.
