About
At Block Gemini Technologies, I led delivery of regulated fintech and digital-asset platforms, including WeProperties, a DFSA-regulated real estate crowdfunding platform. I also delivered a white-label crypto exchange and AED-backed stablecoin platform for M2 Exchange and Phoenix Group.
At Tata Consultancy Services, I led the Japan-to-India IT transition for Nomura, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Nikken, Takenaka and Lawson, achieving a 35% reduction in staffing costs with zero business disruption. I also implemented IT automation strategies that delivered $4M in annual cost savings.
