About
At Blinkit, I manage dark store performance for 2,500+ daily orders, maintain over 95% SKU availability, and coordinate replenishment with supply teams. I also analyze order volume, fill rate, and picking time to identify gaps and improve operations.
At ITC Limited, I supervised production operations across shifts and drove process improvements using FMEA, Kaizen, and 5S. I applied PDCA and root-cause methods to reduce downtime and improve OEE, and I’m looking to bring this operational playbook to program management in high-growth quick commerce.
