About
I’m a customer-oriented consultant with experience in B2B sales, digital marketing solutions, and hands-on software support. My focus is on creating long-term customer relationships through clear guidance, strong execution, and measurable outcomes.
At ARAG SE, I support customers across the decision process with technology platforms, building sustainable usage and loyalty. I analyze individual customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and grow accounts with an emphasis on close rates and expansion.
Previously, I worked as a Software Support & Implementation Specialist using IFS ERP, providing service support and efficiently solving technical issues. I trained 100+ key users in DACH, created rollout planning to ensure smooth introductions, and developed KPI-based monitoring for continuous improvement.
Earlier roles strengthened my ability to evaluate and optimize performance—through digital content compliance, Google Ads-driven campaign work, and CRM management with Salesforce. I bring structured KPI thinking, effective communication, and conflict-resolution skills to help customers achieve results quickly and reliably.
