About
Through my freelance work with clients in Dubai, London, and the Netherlands, I support recruitment mandates from job profiling and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding. I also advise founders on people strategy and build compliant HR frameworks for growing businesses.
At GGT Group of Companies, I was the primary HR authority for a multi-geography workforce, advising the Managing Director and leading recruitment across 12+ countries. I prepared HR dashboards and reports, managed daily HR operations, and used HRIS platforms to improve process visibility.
Earlier, at TDS Group, I built talent pipelines across technical and corporate functions and mentored junior recruiters. I began in IT and HR recruitment at Delko Soft Solutions, sourcing candidates across India and the USA.
