United StatesSenior Technical Project Manager at WDG
About
At WDG, I lead web strategy and backlog governance for B2B client portfolios, while coordinating design, development, and strategy teams across full-scale web projects and retainer engagements. I build GA4 reporting, behavioral tracking through Google Tag Manager, and AI-driven operations systems using OpenAI Codex, Custom GPTs, Jira, and Confluence APIs.
Previously at Capital BlueCross, I managed web content updates, agile backlogs, UX recommendations, testing, A/B tests, landing pages, analytics, and integrations across corporate websites and digital applications. I also champion WCAG/ADA accessibility compliance and focus on creating cohesive, effective user experiences.
