IndiaProduct Manager & PMM at Salesgear
About
I've spent five years at Salesgear, a B2B sales engagement platform, turning customer conversations into product requirements, UX flows, and shipped features.
As Product Manager & PMM, I owned user stories, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery with a three-person engineering team. I also led positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for new releases.
My background spans customer success, product marketing, content, and technical documentation, helping me make complex product functionality clear for both users and the market.
Experience
Product Manager & PMM
Owned product requirements and UX design for key initiatives end-to-end, wrote user stories in Jira, prototyped flows with AI-assisted tools, and drove delivery from concept to shipped feature. Managed a 3-person engineering team, built and prioritized the backlog, ran weekly sprint planning, and kept delivery aligned to customer needs.
