At DeepTech Recruitment, I support engineering, technology and commercial recruitment for European technology companies and early-stage businesses. I handle role intake, sourcing, screening, candidate presentations and interview coordination.
Through my freelance work, I manage approximately 5–6 positions per month, including searches for CISO, Cybersecurity Architect, Vulnerability, Offensive Security, PSIRT and senior engineering roles. I also advise hiring managers on talent availability, salary expectations and market conditions.
At Concentrix, I delivered approximately 30–40 individual hires per month for multilingual Customer Support across 3–4 concurrent projects. I also supported technical searches, including IT Support, Service Desk and Technical Support, and managed candidate workflows in Workday.
At ManpowerGroup, I managed technical, managerial, Sales & Marketing client projects and supported business development and client acquisition. I’m available for freelance projects and employment, including remote work with Europe and US teams or hybrid work in Bucharest.
