At Avenue Hostel & Suites, I served more than 18,000 international guests in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. I used Cloudbeds and Mews daily and trained more than 10 new team members on check-in, payments, and guest service.
I also built the hostel’s first cash flow tracker for management and mediated guest and team conflicts, prioritizing requests by urgency. I adapted quickly when the hostel switched from Cloudbeds to Mews.
