I am a Project Management, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting professional with over 15 years of experience supporting international development programs focused on climate resilience, sustainable land management, food security, livelihoods, social inclusion, and institutional capacity building. Throughout my career, I have worked with international organizations including GIZ, the Development Fund of Norway, Farm Africa, and other development partners, managing and coordinating complex projects involving government institutions, civil society organizations, communities, and development stakeholders. Currently, I serve as a Regional Coordinator, providing leadership for project implementation, stakeholder coordination, partner engagement, budget and contract follow-up, and monitoring of climate change adaptation and drought resilience interventions. My expertise includes project planning and coordination, results-based management, monitoring and evaluation systems, donor reporting, logical frameworks, data analysis, quality assurance, and knowledge management. I have extensive experience transforming field data, partner reports, and project results into high-quality donor reports, executive presentations, operational documents, and decision-support materials. In previous roles, including Senior Advisor – Results Documentation and Reporting, I designed monitoring tools, supported partner capacity development, reviewed project performance, and ensured compliance with donor standards. I have also developed training materials, operational manuals, reporting templates, and communication products that improve organizational efficiency and accountability. I am interested in remote opportunities where I can contribute as a Project Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, Reporting Consultant, Operations Coordinator, Documentation Specialist, or Research and Quality Assurance professional.
