Leonardo Sly

At Roche, I support agile teams developing digital solutions for chronic care management used by healthcare professionals. I partner with Product Owners and leadership on the shift to a Product Operating Model, moving toward persistent product teams and value-based prioritization. At SITA, I spearheaded the transition from single-team Scrum to LeSS across multiple squads, aligning them under one Product Backlog and one Product Owner. I also defined shared standards and dashboards to improve predictability and quality. At AXA, I started as a Scrum Master and expanded my work to Agile Coach, supporting teams and leaders adopting SAFe. I also designed training plans and coached junior Scrum Masters. My earlier work includes supporting Verifarma’s first Scrum adoption and contributing as a Business Analyst and developer. With a foundation in software development, I bring technical fluency to agile delivery and product work.
