Luiz Duarte

At TUI Group, I lead the Search domain for tui.com e-commerce, managing backend and full-stack engineers alongside Product, Design, QA, and Research. I’ve helped modernize legacy Search into reusable web components while maintaining critical shared components and APIs with zero production incidents. Previously at Taxfix, I led the Spanish market expansion across mobile and backend systems, delivering the application on time and reducing delivery delays by 30%. At Bosch, I led 14 engineers and increased deployment speed by 70% while expanding automated test coverage by 80%. I build resilient, product-driven teams through servant leadership, coaching, clear ownership, and AI-assisted development. I’m focused on automation, architecture evolution, data-informed decisions, and improving the way engineering teams deliver.
