Macarena Pastor

I'm supporting the Olympic Winter Games 2026 in Milano-Cortina as a Broadcast Engineer for Olympic Broadcasting Services. At farmerswife Software, I worked as a Product Specialist, demonstrating products, supporting customer experience, resolving incidents, and communicating product value clearly. I spent nearly six years at Harmonic as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, following nine years as a Technical Support Engineer at VSN Video Stream Networks. My work has centered on incident resolution, customer satisfaction, KPI awareness, presentations, and analytical problem-solving. I also bring CRM experience from ZAHONERO GROUP and a telecommunications education focused on sound and image from Universitat d'Alacant.
