I've supported enterprise applications at Tata Consultancy Services, working with development teams, client users, and business stakeholders to resolve critical issues clearly and quickly. I handled P1–P4 incidents, service requests, root-cause identification, and L3 support while minimizing business downtime. I also managed production changes through runbooks, CAB approvals, scope definition, and change-window scheduling. I've migrated more than 30 microservices across UAT and production from APPD to SaaS, monitored critical files, and configured alerts for clients including JP Morgan and State Street. I've also executed failover and disaster-recovery workflows through QA and production live simulations, documented infrastructure data in Confluence, and managed production access for on-premises applications.
