I’m looking for a fully remote role with an international company where I can leverage my experience in customer success, support, operations, and problem-solving. I’m especially interested in Customer Success, Account Management, and Customer Experience roles within technology, SaaS, fintech, or travel, with opportunities for growth and greater responsibility. I’m a customer-focused professional with over five years of experience in customer support, operations, and problem-solving, including several years working through Accenture on a Meta project. My experience has allowed me to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments where clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve complex issues are essential. Throughout my career, I’ve developed experience across customer support, Trust & Safety, payments and risk operations, and customer experience. I enjoy understanding the root cause of a problem, finding practical solutions, and making sure customers feel heard and supported. I’m comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, learning new tools and processes quickly, and collaborating with teams across different functions. I’m particularly interested in Customer Success, Customer Experience, Account Management, Operations, and Support roles, especially with international or technology-driven companies. I’m also very interested in the travel industry, as travel is one of my biggest personal interests and an area where I would love to combine my professional experience with something I genuinely enjoy. I’m a U.S. and Mexican dual citizen and currently based in Guadalajara, Mexico. I’m looking for a remote opportunity where I can work with an international team, continue developing professionally, and contribute to a company that values customer experience, ownership, and continuous improvement. Outside of work, I’m passionate about travel, sports, football (soccer), and exploring new places and cultures. I’m naturally curious and enjoy learning about different industries, businesses, and ways of working.
