At Labster, I coach three cross-functional teams across EMEA and US time zones delivering VR lab simulations integrated with global LMS platforms. I've cut new-client onboarding time by more than 10% and increased simulation content production by reducing workflow waste. I connect backlogs to strategic customer outcomes rather than output volume. Previously at GFT Group, I helped transition three traditional development groups into self-managing teams and used inspect-and-adapt cycles to improve sprint velocity and release quality. My earlier programming work included ETL pipelines and Oracle PL/SQL processes for Deutsche Bank regulatory reporting, plus banking-system interfaces and COBOL development. I bring that technical grounding to pragmatic Scrum Master and Agile Coach roles.
