At JAG Physical Therapy, I lead a team of six and oversee daily revenue-cycle and accounts-receivable priorities. Through account follow-up, payer communication, and collection efforts, I collected approximately $100,000–$150,000 and reduced AR by approximately 12%. At Devereux Behavioral Health, I managed an AR portfolio exceeding $2M in monthly revenue and oversaw approximately 22 billers across seven Florida locations. I developed and monitored RCM KPIs and prepared end-of-month performance reports. Across roles at Watson Clinic, Atlas Staffing Agency (SightMD), Yale Medical, HSMC Human Services, American Homecare, and Spectrum Health Systems, I worked on denials, appeals, authorizations, billing, and collections. My experience includes Medicaid, Medicare, commercial and government-contracted payers, and revenue-cycle processes from eligibility through reimbursement.
